Luther Systems, a Deep Process Automation platform for automating complex enterprise processes. We are an early stage startup based in London and SF. We are developing a new category in automation of enterprise processes, and an opportunity to redefine the enterprise operations layer possibility to develop an unbound number of new products and services with $100Bs in value.
Luther Systems is a pioneer in the new category of (DPA) Deep Process Automation. Our platform underpins automating complex enterprise processes, across the world’s largest enterprises using distributed systems to build an enterprise operating system capable of operating (orchestrating and executing) processes across the enterprise.
As consumers we spend on average 30 minutes daily dealing with enterprises (claims, taxes, mortgages, airlines, ...), this is on average 4 years of our active lives ! Lack of automation of complex processes is costing Fortune 500 enterprises Billions in operational cost and compliance violations, and the possibility to develop an unbound number of new products and services on top of an automated operations layer. Luther's platform is enabling Allianz, DLA and Aviva subsidiary, to automate complex processes, reducing dev times by 70% and reducing operational cost and speed by 90% (saving millions and months in execution times). Luther is also working with AIA, AXA, HSBC to automate their complex processes. Luther has partnered with IBM to rapidly develop automated complex processes at scale.
Each enterprise has thousands of such complex processes, which provides a huge potential for growth in the nascent and expanding Deep Process Automation space.

Commercial Development
We are seeking a top-performing, smart and motivated individual with a drive for excellence to join our team. Your work will involve a hybrid of commercial development, structuring applications, explaining the applications to the customers, and contracting tasks. You will work directly with our CEO to ensure our commercial developments are running smoothly and participate in strategic initiatives, so we continue to grow rapidly and at scale.
You will work with clients to shape applications, describe the platform and the applications to the customers, work on new initiatives and participate in setting its strategic path forwards. You will look across every aspect of the business, from our compelling product proposition, to our best-in-class technology products and make sure we are focused on delivering our ambitious commercial strategy and ultimately achieving our vision. You will be responsible for driving the tempo of the business through leading commercial management of activity and performance, as well as executing growth projects with existing and new customers. In order to be successful, you must traverse all aspects of the commercial initiatives from high-level strategy to minute execution details.
The role is varied and versatile, with exposure across the entire commercials of the business and will involve working closely with our Business Operations & Strategy team, our product team, as well as our tech teams.
About The Role
- Consult with clients to understand their business needs
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers.
- Understand the customer’s technical, commercial and business environment and how it’s relevant to successful implementation
- Attend and lead client pitches
- Create and develop solutions to client’s enterprise challenges, by working directly with our CEO, CTO and Technical Product Managers.
- Navigate client organizations to uncover additional product applications & opportunities for partnership
- Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development roadmap
- Create the narrative why Luther is a unique proposition
Requirements
- Preferred, B2B SaaS consultative sales, account management or consulting experience
- Preferred, startup experience
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong storytelling skills
- Ability to take initiative and adapt
- Prior experience in strategy consulting
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with C-suite level executives
